Soldiers have to say “Hello Captain Dangle” when addressing someone in CIC. We should be enforce this level of respect OOCly.
Staff should be able to punish people who ignore this. Whether in dchat, OOC, or an ahelp, you should be required to say “Hello Staff Manager Smellyhippie” at all times, as opposed to just their name, which is disrespectful.
