We need to enforce putting staff titles before their names when addressing them

Soldiers have to say “Hello Captain Dangle” when addressing someone in CIC. We should be enforce this level of respect OOCly.

Staff should be able to punish people who ignore this. Whether in dchat, OOC, or an ahelp, you should be required to say “Hello Staff Manager Smellyhippie” at all times, as opposed to just their name, which is disrespectful.

You refer to staff by name. I just call them slurs. Yes I am perma banned.

I barely type out their names, I won’t take more of my time and strength to type their titles.
