Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?
Firstly, I’ve always been curious on what it would be like to be on staff team, and if I’d enjoy the role.
Though I’d be lying if I didn’t say my main reason behind it is to basically be Mentor+ and have more tools to look out for new players.
since now I spend most of my time ghosted watching players, may as well help out staff while at it too.
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
I think my biggest strength is my response time, usually if there is an issue I’m quick to respond to it.
I am well known in the community, I’ve been around since 2019-rough but I’ve only been active for the last 3-4 or so years and have strong community standing.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
Clarity and patience. Clearly expressing your points, reasons for taking actions and logic clears up confusion allows for better management; overall being a place of calm in a situation can only be a benefit.

Westrover maintains a strong balance of being silly and outgoing while still being mature and levelheaded when needed, both in game and in the CM discord, both of which they’re active in.
Easy +1, literally my only complaint is once they are hit with the curse of staff they’ll play less and we won’t see them as much.

One of the nicest and most pleasant people iv met here: iv additionally seen them on other servers and can account their behaviour is consistently good across the board and its unlikely any bad behaviour elsewhere will be seen/come to light.
