White seems to give me less of a headache, but I never noticed how good yellow looked, I think it would help if you had a random Xeno hiding in the darkness to show how they look in each one; Red looks awful, why is it like that?

Vanilla and pineapple remind of the original game boy screen from my youth. I have to choose those for nostalgia sake. However, green is the most realistic.

Lime souto green. It feels more soul. The others just seem to provide worse vision or just feels too weird to use

I like how the NVG settings range from tactical LARP green and white to basically scout/SG/sniper NVGs with yellow, and then there’s just the fucking 2002 eldritch nightmare theme with red where you’re trying to survive under the blood moon as horrors beyond your comprehension emerge to commit unspeakable acts and probe your anus(es).
