Red - line of invisible impassable water for no reason
Dark green - random plants planted both in and outside of the impassable area making it look more contiguous
Lime green - impassable ledge
Dark green - passable ledge directly adjacent to impassable ledge for no reason
Grey - random walls compounding the confusing transition between rocks and random hallway
White - blue lightsticks placed on the edge but also beyond the edge of the impassable area making it look more contiguous
Light blue - randomly placed boulders outside of the map area making it look more contiguous
Light blue !! - SINGLE BOULDER inside passable area blocking southwards retreat when next to the impassable edge
Light blue !!! - walls blocking off impassable area north but not south making it genuinely misleading
Orange - random visual crap scattered across the screen in confusing locations
Navy blue & light blue - ocean becomes deep but is meaningless to where the map actually becomes impassable as well as being virtually indistinguishable at half NV
Not depicted - CM lag making it unclear when you actually can’t move and when it’s just a lag spike
Not depicted - deeply irritating vision-restricting rain
In summary, this map is bullshit, this specific spot is even more bullshit because of the boulder, and it’s indistinguishable to tell where the map is blocked off by invisible walls even in the critical, tight area that is comms. Does anybody else have any examples of invisible walls on other maps? let me know.
