A group of Marines suddenly rush up and start shooting you. How do you respond?
In most situations, I would engage them immediately. If I was situationally compromised, i.e. fighting within view of the FOB without good reason (which I would attempt not to be prior), I would disengage and attempt to fight them later when they were not in a critical area. Furthermore, I would most likely not engage if the group included important roles such as the CO, XO, or other generally non-combat, critical roles.
Another Yautja hunted and killed a target you had marked. What do you do?
In line with my aggressive and violent Yautja character, I would most likely challenge them to an honor duel to make up for my lost prey despite their reasoning, though I would still ask to ensure no breach of the honor code took place.
Do you have anything else you would like to include about your application?
Thanks again to those who helped, and apologies to my friends for making you show up again.
If any councilors are concerned about the note I received more than a month ago, feel free to contact me via discord or the forums.
cool player even if he lights me on fire or shoots me in the back on the frontline there’s not many others i’d want that bullet to be from, and he still shows his dedication to this whitelist from his previous application
I have a handful of questions to ask you. These aren’t intended as trick questions to try and trip you up and make you say some weird stuff. If you don’t like a question, then just skip it. There isn’t anything wrong with that. Because it may never happen outside the realm of possibility.
There is no single “correct” answer but there are wrong answers for sure!
Question 1
The human prey you are hunting mid-fight just stops fighting you and attempts to flee to the FOB. Once they successfully flee to the FOB, they organize a hunting party to track you down involving a Combat correspondent, and HM mixed in along with some riflemen. What would you do in this scenario?
Question 2
You are constructing a lodge in a location that in and of itself is in a secluded area from the marines and xenos. While you are building, a group of IOs use breaching charges and break into the lodge. What do you think is the best reaction to this?
Question 3
Another yautja has dueled a marine in a honorable one on one without any interfering forces. The both of them tie and enter hard crit with the yautja dying first. What would you do with the marine if anything. What about the fallen yautja?
Don’t feel as if there is pressure for you to answer these anytime soon. And if you don’t like how any of them are worded then don’t worry about answering them. These questions are to help us see how you would behave and act if you had the role.
Take your time and I only hope for the best on your application!
Question 1:
Since the hunting party is rallied from the FOB, where most likely few Bravo marines remain to defend the FOB, I wouldn’t take the risk of engaging what may be the only medic from the FOB. Instead, in order to remove the risk of significant round impact, I would choose to stun the party and extract my previous prey in order to disengage from the hunting party and finish off my prey elsewhere. While I would like to roleplay more extensively with the civilian CC, their role is muddled with the dishonorable hunting party.
Question 2:
If the round is before the 1 hour mark, I would still engage them for their attack on my lodge but would not permakill any of them. If it is after that mark, I would permakill 2 of them (or all but one), and throw back the last IO to continue the role in the round, and also to spread the word not to attack my lodge. Should they return again, I would very likely permakill them.
Question 3:
As the fallen marine is not my prey, I am forbidden from healing them personally. Nonetheless, I would probably give them a trophy from the defeated Yautja and return them to their faction. As for the fallen Yautja, there is no greater honor than dying in combat. As such, I would let them die and SD their body.
