Description of the incident:
By roundstart, there was 1 field doctor, 1 researcher and 1 doctor present (Thrail being the doctor).
After being begged to run chem line for the medics, he simply ignored all the calls for his name and continued to do his thing.
Instead, he claimed to be busy. The “Busy” in question just happens to be looting marine gear, maintenance loot and printing limbs for no reason whatsoever while medics are waiting in the chem line.
In the end the researcher was forced to delay their job in order to run chem line because the doctor decided that he’s not interested in doing chems at all.

I would like to add, albeit semi-unrelated, that the round prior (31867) the same doctor had also illegally deployed at some point, and the Field doctor of that round was apparently quite fed up with them.

Somewhat also unrelated but yesterday (12/01/25) AFAIK Kasra has come back from a long time away from CM13 as they told me in LOOC (talking to Nelson Mercy).
They previously said they’re very unfamiliar with chemistry and the bag of limbs they always handed to the Field Doc (they handed it to me 2 rounds in a row) by looting barrels in maints.
Might be worthwhile context since I encountered a similar issue but disregarded it as a “new” returning player.

I am approving this player report and issuing a Note per Rule 8 to Thrail ‘Bootleg’ Kasra’s player. I would like to note that player wasn’t malicious in this case.
