If you get freed you get a nice fat pop up saying so. That lets you back in.
When you get lagspike capped - that’s the game auto-balancing you into xenos, enter the larva pool and await yourself bursting. Yeah it sucks, yeah it rewards xenos being braindead sometimes, but hey the rounds keeps going and marines get more xenos to shoot! Isnt that what’s the game about???
If you lagspike again and die as xeno that’s just admins soft-kicking you from the round, go touch grass\snow or write a staff report on whoever is the highest ranking staff in the round for adding ping and latency to the game.

i sent them an ahelp but they banned me for spamming ahelp, i reported them and they told me it was a skill issue, so i made another staff report but then they perma banned me??? WTF??? I think this @general_hi_ping guy is in with it too.

Resisiting out of nests was a thing before but the alternative to that is some prae player having to guard the caps anyway. Plus if this were ever added you would just get hauled by some lurker for a few minutes up until the moment you pop, which is already a thing. As much as I fucking hate this cancerous round removing mechanic, the solution of struggling out of nests is, on the opposite, giga ass too.
I’d much rather have the cap process itself be crippled to hellfuck

To give a serious reply, I understand how just being stuck permanently can be frustrating, but nest resisting isn’t the solution you think it is.
Because xenos know you can escape, one or two xenos get stuck in hive watching the captures and just tackling them whenever they start resisting. So, even though on paper you can resist out of a nest:
You are still permanently stuck. You do not have a chance to escape.
But with the added bonus that somebody’s forced to give up their round of actually playing xeno to stand in one place and occasionally shove people when that circle pops up.
I know this because like, a few weeks ago, limited nest resisting was TM’d! And it was awful! Imagine watching paint dry! But you gotta pay careful attention to the paint!
