Hi, I have taken a look into the incident and while it was handled in round with new information that has come out as a result of this a warning has been issued to the CL in question. This is due to them pepper-spraying the player reporting 12 times even while they were incapacitated, resulting in them being blind the entire round, and doing the same to a specialist whose NVGs they also stole and unlocked with their ID when the player attempted to reclaim them.
Both of these are being taken as griefing, as you should not be stealing specialist equipment and you should not be rendering people permanently blind for the round. Report accepted.
