Hello, it matters. If I want to apply for a whitelist, but have already played in other projects in another Ru segment, will they let me in if I show my watch, or will I have to play here and Joe will need a synth wl? And how the players feel. If a person doesn’t pronounce words correctly in a game? It’s like there’s no life in them.

To be very blunt.
We do not care for your playtimes on other servers. We only care for your activity, on our server.
To play Joe, you will need to either be staff, or have the synth WL. Yes, applying to just play Joe, will instantly get you denied.
To play Synth, and to meet our standards, you must be fluent in English - and while we can be lenient on grammar and spelling(we all make typo’s and i’m Dyslexic, we’re not evil) you need to be fluent in English and be able to speak in a way where people can easily understand you.
I don’t think your playtime on other servers matters at all. It’s more of showing you to the playerbase and let them be confident in your RP capabilities and personality. And yes you need to be able to speak proper English to be a synth.
This was answered the last time you made an app here last year.
Yes, you need to either apply for and get accepted as a Synth or possibly join staff to be able to play as a Working Joe.
The possibility of you getting access to either will be heavily based on the possibility that your only intention is to play as a working Joe. Take that as you will.
