Reason for Ban:
I was an idiot and got myself banned then got mad at the staff member and raged. Then got myself a longer ban. Then got on a VPN and got myself a longer ban. Then did it again and ended up getting myself HID(?) banned.

I was in the wrong; I never thought I wasn’t. It’s been a long time since the ban, so I don’t remember the specifics. I just remember getting in trouble from something I did in the game, and I felt I was innocent. But then I got banned for it anyways (it was a 24-hour ban, I think?). I got on another account, and I think I tried talking to the staff member again, but I got myself further in trouble for using a different BYOND key. Then I raged and got myself temporarily IP banned. Afterwards, I used a VPN to avoid the ban and continue playing the game, but I was being stupid and intentionally provoking another ban by using similar keys. At the time, I was indifferent to the consequences, as I was going through a period in my life—unemployed and likely battling depression.
Despite my missteps, I have intermittently played CM for almost a decade, enriching the game with countless memorable experiences. I am among the few dedicated roleplayers who believe that it enhances the game’s enjoyment. The fond memories are abundant, like the occasion when I was trapped in eternal limbo as a ghost until a compassionate medic rescued me from a perilous situation, miraculously bringing me back to life. Or the intense moments spent defending CIC alongside the Commander and my comrade, valiantly fighting until our last breaths against the overwhelming Xeno forces infiltrating through a breached wall. This experience was so incredible that I even created a forum post to share its awesomeness, as we delivered our final speeches and fought valiantly until the bitter end.
Countless such moments have graced my journey with this game, and I have also contributed numerous positive experiences to its community throughout my decade-long adventure. Aside from this major incident and an initial misstep when I was brand new to both CM and SS13 (I wasn’t even aware it was a roleplay game and was completely bald), my account is mostly untarnished. I request that you consider the relatively few instances on my record, which are spread across many years of gameplay. I can assure you that I am not someone who disrupts the game for others, nor am I inclined towards cheating, dishonesty, or griefing.
I realize the immense value of this incredible game that I previously took for granted. With sincere remorse, I humbly seek your forgiveness and one last opportunity to prove my commitment to this community, please.
