Description of the incident:
I had played a round of CM and during the end of round phase I was voting for a map I didnt like so I could go to bed and leave the server with a terrible map.
JOKINGLY I said in OOC that I would be leaving if Kutjevo Refinery wasnt the next map selected. I knew full well that other maps would have higher vote counts and that I could head off to bed to play some Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader on my steam deck before falling asleep.
Little did I know that I would be griefed by the CM staff because of that joke.
After conspiring in Msay I was sent a PM by Biolock, who was revelling in the torture he was about to put me through.
He messaged me saying: “It’ll be Kutjevo”
The vote results were in by this point and LV-759 Hybrisa Prospera was the clear winner.
Biolock proceeded to gloat in OOC about how he was going to do admin abuse to ruin my evening.
Biolock proceeded to manually restart the server and threatening me if I didnt rejoin and play the round. Forced to play the round against my wishes I did play the round, fearing what would happen to me if I didnt.
After the round was over I attempted to gather evidence for this report and attempted to get into contact with another staff member via the ahelp system. Biolock proceeded to hijack my ahelp ticket and lie on the internet by saying that the usage of logs have been discontinued.
All in all the conduct of Biolock and his abuse of his staff powers frightened me at the time, causing severe emotional distress. His actions also caused me to not have a good nights rest and impacted my life in a severely negative way.
I was not the only victim of Biolocks behaviour though. All the players that were other than Biolocks sick, twisted sense of humor.
How you would punish the accused:
I dont have any experience in punishing staff members so keep in mind that I’m trying my best with this question.
I would take away all staff permissions from Biolock along with a blacklist from any staff and whitelist position in the future. I would also start an investigation into possible previous admin abuse by Biolock that has gone under the radar until now.
I will also personally be filing a police report for harassment due to this incident.
Evidence:
The evidence I have isnt totally complete. I did try to gather more evidence but was blocked from doing so by Biolock. That does clearly prove malicious intent on his behalf though.
