Hello, I am the administrator assigned to this report.
Taking a look at logs, we came to the conclusion that we have no logs or evidence.
As such, for accusing a glorious staff member of misuse of their power/rank you’ll be doing community service.

I’ll have you know that this resolution is in breach of at least two parts of EU law. And I will be appealing this ruling with the ECHR if it is not reconsidered.
Specifically, Article 5 of the EU Charter of Fundamental rights since it states:
- No one shall be required to perform forced or compulsory labour.
Forcing me to work as a CM moderator 
would not fall under any of the exceptions to article 5 as it is not:
- (a) any work required to be done in the ordinary course of detention imposed according to the provisions of Article 5 of this Convention or during conditional release from such detention
- (b) any service of a military character or, in case of conscientious objectors in countries where they are recognised, service exacted instead of compulsory military service
- (c) any service exacted in case of an emergency or calamity threatening the life or well-being of the community;
- (d) any work or service which forms part of normal civic obligations.
If this practice is commonplace in CM it would also make the CM-SS13 services and products illegal as per the regulation prohibiting products made with forced labour on the Union market
I both request and advise a reconsideration of this ruling, you have 1 week to respond to my request in writing or I will be taking this case all the way up to the ECHR.

This could be an issue as the server is located in Canada which is not part of the EU. However, Canada is a strategic partner of the EU. It may allow the case to move forward.

Since a week has passed and no change has been made to this ruling I am going to extend a courtesy and inform you of what steps I am taking next.
I have filed my suit with the ECHR and, after speaking to my personal contacts inside the European Commission, I have it on good authority that the first hearing will be held on May 22nd 2025.
@stalkerino as you are the main offender here you will be called in for questioning and will be expected in Strasbourg during most days that the court is in session.
@Frozentsbgg as you are the owner and proprietor of CM-SS13 you will also be called to Strasbourg and may be held (partially)accountable for the actions of your administrator and your failure to overturn the ruling.
Be aware that failure to appear in court may lead to the courts deciding to proceed with the hearings regardless of your absence, denying yourself your right to defend yourself in the court.
I will also warn you both. In preparation of the criminal conviction that will most likely follow out of this court case I have ensured that the Dutch embassies in Tbilisi and Canberra respectively are in contact with local representatives of Interpol to ensure a smooth extradition.
Do not try to flee as you have both been marked as a flight risk and any irregularities in travel arrangements will most likely lead to your detention at the border.
I hope to see you both in court.
