You can replace the 1st responder pouch with a second medkit pouch from req. 3 extra slots, yaaay!

What’s the point of having oxy in there? You either inject literally 1-2 units (which will metabolize in 20-40 seconds) or risk OD. Plus the lack of easily accessible inaprovaline kinda hurts

Bad idea, MRE goop is diluted with useless salt that makes you *yawn. Syringe pure nutrients from cryo food vendors

Better visibility since you don’t carry flares, decent accuracy buffs, it’s basically free, and it leaves the nicer attachments in stock so other people can have them.

  • Its gives you more vision.
  • Its easy to come by so you don’t have to rush it.
  • It gives you plain flat accuracy, scatter and recoil buffs that are not based on if you are holding it with one or both hands.
  • No stat downsides unlike some other attachments.
  • You don’t have to carry ammo for it like UBS or UF.

oh really? i thought it was literally just a light! ha

though i object to the ‘necessity’ to carry ammo for them, i always carry a mini flamer with no spare fuel just as a defensive tool

I love talking loadouts but if I ever find the guy who takes 3 trays surgical trays as a medic I might just surgically remove there hands IC
