The quirk presented is fine and it is somewhat shown in your story - the story itself is a unique setting but I didn’t really see any part about neighborly behavior. Dialogue was adequate.
You didn’t show how Tony will react to the different ranks nor what might sum up their model.
Experience answers are fine except, we would like to see you get more experience in varied roles.
The combat answer presented here is not incorrect but it lacks depth. I recommend you try to think of some ingame scenarios which are borderline or intricate to showcase your knowledge of Synthetic programming.

Interacting with players and such. There may be special circumstances with your record which may be impacting player perception of you.
