Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?

I want to join the staff team because I love this community and want to help the best I can. I also believe that the community can only get better with a more diverse staff team.

What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)

I have been staff in multiple high-population servers that required me to have an open mind and look at all sides of the situation.

In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?

There are multiple important qualities that staff should possess such as being able to be unbiased and to look at the situation and at all the fine points of what happened and investigate it.

Hello Lukas,

I apologize for this application taking a little bit more time, I wasn’t given much feedback here to work with, so I’ve had to spend quite a bit of time hunting around for information. You are clearly a passionate and active member of the community, one who has invested a good deal of time establishing yourself through whitelists and the mentor program. I think that your investment offers considerable prospects towards joining the staff team.

That said, through my reviewing, I have found some incidents which indicate that you may not presently be the right fit for the team. There are certain mannerisms and professional behaviors expected of staff members, at least in the team I am currently trying to build, and I think that some of the incidents I’ve uncovered in the recent past are problematic.

• One such example occurred May 26 as the queen in response to a gas research PR, though I will not get into details on a public forum. You are invited to inquire with me personally if you’d like to discuss details.
