no youre a noob that will be banned for not using your role
could also have a motion detector, certain opportunity cost in that regard. But think I’d only wanna run that on highpop, elsewise MD goes in the pack.
I always have a full stomach
Honestly M37 doesn’t need much space, imo it’s one of the most ammo efficient weapons in the game- You can absolutely get away with only using helmet for ammo storage, or god forbid just not carry any if you’re one of those drip doomers.
10 buck in the gun is enough to do a lot, and buck ammo is strewn everywhere on the ground anyways. I just carry 2-3 handfuls of spare buck plus the 2 handfuls in my gun, ammo efficient and lasts for a while (since I’m not actively running around shooting things)
mk2 with an m37a2 pump shotgun
I used to use the M39 and rig (bayo, reflex, & laser), 3 extended and 2 AP, or whatever is available.
More often, I take the MK2 with 2 extended magazines, under barrel grenade launcher (HEDP x3), bayonet/extended barrel, and rail flashlight. The idea and purpose is that I can use the HEDP to push bodies that are behind xeno lines closer, so that they can be recovered. The rail flashlight is because I use the external webbing, so I have no suit light.
m41 with 2 extended mags it’s enough for me.
Honestly, you can get away with any weapon. Even the M10 is not “completely” terrible, so long as you accept you need to pulse-fire it and you’ll only harm certain Tier 1 and zero-armour xenos.
The M44 was my go-to starting my career. From Huskymary’s first lesson, to my tenth Fun Fact, I used that fancy little piece, and I’ll defend it as long as I live.
I killed a fucking CRUSHER with the M44. Haters… DNI,
I like my M240 with a extra light screwed ontop.
If there are no M240 available just a machete.
everyone hating on the m10 but if you find a xeno lacking and you got a drum mag you can fuck em up
I usually just go heavy on medical supplies but I usually carry a revolver with some heavy ammo, or the m10 with a drum mag or two.
i run an M2C with a Mk2 or shotgun
if i feel like actually helping shotgun with buck
who gives a shit about attachments
it would be easier for a camel to make it through the eye of a needle than for you to make it into heaven with this loadout for corpsman my guy
Want proof?
I think I might cry instead actually
Shotgun with buck. Keep my rosary and bible close.
For the funny, a pistol. To be used in the event of a marine retreat and you need to knee cap some one to escape the Xeno onslaught.
Doctor Durstine’s curative for all ailments: solid lead
I’d be interested in the layout though, I’m always interested in ways to make my corpsman experience more miserable, or more weird
It largely depends on the specific situation (amount of medics around, yer squad, etc etc) and the map you are playing, IMO.
Personally - I just get myself M10 holster due to how it allows to have a relatively high-damage weapon against t1s and t2s, while also providing SG-level capacity of shooting huggers trying to infect your patients. At the same time - it is really easy to burst down squishy targets if they are not careful. Absolutey undervalued by the majority.
M39 is good, but mainly in cases when you can reliably chase down targets while not leaving your patient in danger. Welp, you are not supposed to heal someone alone in the middle of the backline anyways, so… if you can get your hands on 3 extended mags - even better.
Shottie is a classic.
