Remove Working Joe from the White List

I really don’t want to apply for Synthetic.

First off I don’t like Whitelists on principle. That aside, I don’t want to play Synthetic at all- doesn’t really interest me. However, I very much would like to play as a Working Joe sometime. However… I can’t. You need a Synthetic White List.

So either:

A. Let everyone play Working Joe as a babby’s first synthetic role
or
B. Let Working Joe be its own whitelist.

we have had this as an event before, it went poorly. working joe is meant to be a low risk job that staff can play while doing work that would make sense IC to have standing around and not respond. its not as interesting as you think it is

I think the council addressed this before and it was a no, if you dont want to apply for the synth WL to play WJ, just apply for moderator or smth
