Reset Computer; can't get back in SS13

TLDR I reset my computer and redownloaded Byond. It always freezes at the start up screen and i don’t know why. un/installed 5 separate times, now i’m looking for help on here.
I’ve already had this run as admin too.

I installed new windows OS, had same issue, what helped me was joining the byonddiscord BYONDiscord! and they have a channel (“Byond live”) specifically for when byond gets back online. It seems there are very brief windows where it gets online and I was able to login into my account. I set it to notify me although it can get spammy.
