In other screenshots Grim posted, they were openly missgendering Arty. This was just a way to subvert and create a defence of "i have x friends so im not Y " it is a fruitless defence people do to justify their arrangements, tokenism.
While i do dissagree how they went about the ban, I do feel they had it comming, it was handled too quickly

I cant who told me, but this âtransphobicâ stuff that Misti did was not the only reason they have been Community Banned. There were other reasons given, but as far as I know (and yes I dont know much and only one side of all this) no other proof was given, or warnings issued.
Evidence of the other issues was posted on the discord, no im not going to dumpster dive it

I called arty âboyâ in another thread because like she said itâs just me default and I never clicked on Artyâs profile before to see the pronouns.

I dunno, I misgender women sometimes due to me just calling people guys, I dont mean nothin by it, think they doubled and tripled down in response of being treated like they were transphobic out of it, and wanted people to understand what they meant, albeit goin bout it wrong, I mean for me I do this with anyone myself, albeit sometimes I catch myself, feels both sides made a mountain out a mole hill, her responding either in anger or panic, and well the side that bannned them

Wait I genuinely thought this thread was âin defenseâ of the accused because of how miserable the evidence are. Now I finally read it till the end and itâs not, what a twist. Honestly, the fact this escalated to community ban over a forum post and some messages in a side cord is kinda insane. Itâs not like the accused called transpeople ânot real peopleâ or something really malicious like that.

Likewise, I wouldnât describe all ignorance - intentional or otherwise - as bigotry, though they do often share overlap on a venn diagram.
If anything I think it was the red section after the quote that made it clear that rather than just going âwhoopsâ or âyou seem more upset about this than necessaryâ, it got a heated and personal. I could definitely read it as transphobic, though wasnât even able to read it before it was deleted. I totally get staffâs view, though.

Oh for sure I get where they are coming from, but this is something that they could of misread, and I believe such a heavy ban should be something they could prove without a shadow of doubt yknow. Again this just felt to just be panic+anger post where he thought that you were pushing the notion that they were transphobic, and well reacted that way, sadly we wont really know now I thin, so eh
