Hello zvineatic, thank you for your patience, the log diving and investigation for this report took me longer than I expected. I am going to be partially accepting your report. For the newer MP player, Maria A.W. Licorne, I will not be sanctioning them. Whilst they did make a mistake in not granting the MT a chance to appeal, however this issue was handled by staff during the round. No further action is required. I’ve reviewed ML and understand how to procced. I’ve been playing MP constantly to improve and show there’s a willingness to improve. Since the ban I’ve had 0 MP issues. I would like to request to appeal both the CMP as I’ve never really played MW, nor intend too. If I’m unable too, I’m more than happy to make a separate appeal for CMP.

I’d also like to request an update to ML on marine spawned contraband, as I’ve been arrested before for having same said items on me, then I’m being told it’s against the rules to arrest someone for it, and I would’ve been punished even greater if I did.

Hello Sandvich. After reviewing your appeal and your playtime as an MP, I have decided to approve it under the following terms.

-This appeal will only be for MW, not CMP, as stated in the original report. I encourage you to pick up the role and play it for some time prior to appealing the CMP role ban.

-Any further MP related issues will result in a minimum 180-day job ban.

I would also like to let you and other players know that whoever told you that it was against the rules to arrest someone for player-spawned contraband is wrong.
