Why do you wish to become a Fax Responder?

I wish to be a fax responder because it lets me interface with CLs and provide them with guidance and ideas. Nothings more painful then sending urgent faxes and not getting a reply because admins/mods are busy handling tickets or what not. Additionally I had good fun playing as a responder during the test merge period and I figure I might as well apply for it properly now.

What do you consider the purpose of this role?

To act as a go between for the admins and the player base and a easy way to ensure that the crew feel like they are part of a larger world and not just in a void by ensuring they can consistently receive information and advice etc. from these glorified box workers.

Same question I asked the others. Per the rules of the WL, you may only call the Almayer under EXCEPTIONAL circumstances What would you define that as?

While I’ve not had such clarified during my time as a fax responder (during the TM) it would be reasonable to say something like a dozen CLF or VAISO preparing to breach the CLs office to steal super secret tm documents (This heavily depends on circumstances in that round). This also heavily depends on the fax responders role. A CO going around BEing everyone they see would certainly deserve a phone call to the CMP to stop such fuckery from the Provost or HC if necessary if admins are not on to handle it.
