Your character name:
Eddie Rickshaw
Accused character name:
William ‘Jester’ Crimson
What rule(s) were broken?:
Rule 8: Use your Slot
Description of the incident:
William ‘Jester’ Crimson this round, much like many of his Dropship Pilot rounds, decided to run weaponry (specifically GAUs) on the Alamo Transport Dropship. While this likely would’ve just been a headache for the Gunship Pilot, William Crimson deliberately neglected his duty as a transport pilot and, inadvertently or not, forced the Gunship Pilot to fulfill William’s shortcomings as a Transport Pilot. This caused an issue where there was no dropship to evacuate marines during the ensuing FOB siege, again, forcing the Gunship Pilot to, unsuccessfully, attempt to evacuate the marines themself.
I highly recommend checking logs for further evidence, I didn’t get much other than the loadout of the Alamo and the Normandy’s suggested hosting of the hijacking hive.

Side Note:
Both Pilots have agreed to this strategy ICly, and the success of it is dependent on a whole lot of factors. Either way, the use of a unique strategy does not constitute a rule break unless it is being done with intentional carelessness or maliciousness.
Also, with the new Dropship system, they can just switch the LZ for the Normandy/Alamo on the USS Almayer. The fact that people have “hard-coded” their brains where the Normandy must be on USS Almayer LZ2 and the Alamo on USS Almayer LZ1 is the greatest of skill issues to date.
