What if it is a military humvee with mounted gun on top, but without ammo, what if that machine of war built on purpose for military application (with killing in mind) was used to ram a guy?
How “Arrow” is a weapon? Bow is a weapon, Arrow is only a projectile. Is bullet a weapon? Can I call myself “John A.W. 45.APC”?
An arrow isn’t a weapon. It’s ammunition. Might as well call a spud a weapon because it’s a type of ammo.
Literally no one makes humvees with mounted guns that have no ammo, stop making up hypotheticals that obviously don’t apply, also no military is going to purpose build that, it’s stupid, the driver will just get shot or blown up.
as for arrow it gets off on being counted as a “missile” (snowballs are counted as missiles sometimes, so i guess the same might apply to arrows) i guess, given that it was in the RPG, personally i agree it’s not a weapon, but for some reason it’s counted as such in the RPG.

This one is more arguable, because it’s actually somewhere in between a torpedo (a weapon) and a Submersible (vehicle) I’d say this one comes down to which you’d consider it more of.
So you could kind of argue it is both, a weapon AND a vehicle, vs abrams humvees and ac-130s which are just vehicles that CARRY weapons.
How about A.W. Carbomb, A.W. Suicide vest and A.W. shrapnel?

And principal intent is key in this discussion, a rock can be used as a weapon but unless its shaped and chipped to be one with intent its not a weapon.

What? So missile is not a weapon, as it also just carries explosives in its warhead. Most of a missile is not even used to inflict damage, only for launching and flying.
Fact: Kamikaze planes didn’t explode on their own, they carried bombs that they could drop but usually remained on because the goal was to get the bomb directly to the target.
if you actually bother to read the page you’ll see the plane itself isn’t what explodes and kills people, it’s the bomb ON IT, and no, the bomb isn’t just a warhead, it’s an actual bomb that can be dropped.
if you’re going to try and go “well actually the thing is a bomb” use the ones that at least actually COULD be argued to be weapons, like this one.

This one is listed as a missile AND an aircraft so you can actually argue about it, and like with the torpedos, it depends on the person deciding, you can make an argument for it being a weapon and aircraft.
but let’s be real here, no one is using kamikaze stuff as names for their a.ws, when people name it after a vehicle it’s always named after something that is obviously a vehicle (e.g blackbird spooky abrams).
Additionally it’s also dumb to name yourself after the ship name and not the class name, that just makes it worse because it’s like naming yourself a.w m16 serial code 213234 or something, obviously you shouldn’t name yourself after a ship but naming it after a certain ship makes it worse.
