Description of the incident:
Lagomorphica issued a 6 month ban after stating that my note was “insulting” someone, which I was noted for 2 months ago for calling a Scout “dumb” in a note, when it was simply describing the facts that occurred, same as I always do, in the dozen jellys I’ve issued since that note I received long ago. Then on top of that said they’d be filing a “Quality Control Ban Request”
I have never received a ban within the server for toxicity, worst related thing I have is the aforementioned note about calling a Scout dumb in a jelly. I did get a Discord Quality Control Ban, but nothing ever in game. First admin action I get related to this, and it’s for something as irrelevant as describing that a praetorian “overextended and almost suicided”
Honestly, this just feels like Lagomorphica was hunting for a reason to issue a permaban, please read the note and tell me it’s worth banning someone for 6 months, I attached it in evidence.
I will also say, this also happened after I banished a xenomorph who then was given a jelly by staff after somehow getting unbanished, which hardly ever happens, and other people (not me) were claiming it was because said xenomorph I had banished was a friend of admins, thought it was worth mentioning it.
I have issued 45 royal jellys since that note was issued and over 100 royal jellys in total. This means this jelly represents LESS than a 1% of the type of jellys I write, and I was still issued a 6 month ban over it. This is also a breach of Ban Escalation procedures as outlined in Ban Procedures

As far as I remember, all I’ve ever been issued was a 24 hour ban for planting a C4 in the kitchen without hurting anyone, and that’s about it.
