Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?

Even though itā€™s been only almost 2 years since I started playing CM (Iā€™ve been playing SS13 for 5 years though), the community has grown on me, and Iā€™ve found many good people whom I consider very good and close friends. This brings me to my main point. I want to help people, not only with issues like bugs and issues they have with other people (griefing, metagaming, etc.) but also with gameplay help. I was considering applying to be a mentor, but I wanted to help even more, seeing how there usually arenā€™t many staff members online when I play.

What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)

I always double and triple-check my work to see if everything is good with it. (This includes warnings, notes, etc.)
Iā€™ve also got years of experience from moderating multiple Discord communities with tons of people, and people reporting each other, meaning that I have experience in handling appeals and reports.
I am also very experienced with RP, and I have a lot of event ideas if I can get approval for them.
(Iā€™m also also working on learning how to code but i donā€™t think this matters much here.)

In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?

The most important part is being understanding and kind to the person making an ahelp or a report. Second is to take both sides of the argument instead of picking a side and always playing the devilā€™s advocate for each person.

Iā€™ve known Eden on CM for a many years,and for the longest time I actually thought their character was a woman, up until last year when I discovered Eden was a man. Now, it looks like theyā€™re going to be a moderator! Edenā€™s always been a levelheaded CM player, and are also pleasant to interact with outside the game. Naturally, being a part of Charlie squad Edenā€™s always highly immersed in the game and always immerses others in the round, and is great at roleplaying. You definitely have my +1

I was not aware of this. I am 17, my birthday is in april 29th. I assume you dont do exceptions, therefore i am forced to withdraw this application. Thanks for the positive feedback everyone, ill reapply once im allowed to. :heart:
