Was trying to use a VPN to increase internet speed.

Stickyban lifted, bear in mind that data still has to travel to where ever you set your VPN and then back to you again, and rarely causes increases in speeds unless you’re making specific hops to get around slow nodes. And if you’re doing that, it’s probably preferable to use: Server Relays
