its just stupid how unless you have 40 macros set up and 3 wifi routers, you can’t win as a marine, xeno gameplay completely shits on marines and doesn’t work in SS13 at all. Especially when all xenos have to do is ‘point and click instakill marine’, 0 skill requirement. Even a toddler can learn warrior discplacement or lurker slash cooldown. Most marines now need a PhD in that exact weapon and the sheer grace of god to do well with CM’s lag. These xeno biased dev’s just keep fucking around with xeno’s balance thinking they can turn the gameplay into fucking street fighter without playing a single marine round themselves

i was banned for using an alt account. i was originally banned for eorg but i thought it was complete bullshit so i decided to play the next game on a new account. why the fuck do these fuck ass admins just ban you without warning? if they just gave me an admin message warning this never wouldve happened. this is so fucking stupid. im trying to play to have fun but it seems you cant even do that. what the fuck.

Nobody reads rules. Like I said they coulda just given me a warning. Instead of just outright banning me. I understand I shouldn’t have multikeyed but I think it’s a fair option if I think I’d been wrongfully banned even if it’s for just three hours.

Ok like why can warriors Decap? I mean I can get limbs and what not. but to be able to take out a player out of the game, in cases where they can be capped is really dumb. because that’s the thing if a warrior can decap that can take cap them just as easily.
Queen gibing is a powerful tool that has a cooldown but fucking warriors can decap as much as they want.
And yes i am making this discussion because i got decaped… but this shit is just toxic, for how long it take to decap they can more easily cap the marine. It also give the chance for the marine to spawn as a xeno.

Now to elaborate now I have calm down. First of all lads are pointing out how hard it is to get a decap off in the first place. So? that the issue its so hard because the marine has to be alive for you to Delimb, the marine is not going to let it happen so they have to be in crit or push stunned.
If they are in such a state than they are prim capping material. If they die on route to the hive or die in the hive they are still effectively permanently killed. If they die so soon that after devouring that they be saved than the Decap will most likely not even get off in the first place.
The second point that was brought up was about in cases of the hive being assaulted… if the hive is such bad of a state capping is still the better option. it get you more respawn, which is most likely sorely needed.
Also if you are spending the time to Decap and not fight your just ganking the hive. just cap you can leave the putting away of cap to lesser drones or drones.
If there is no eggs or huggers, the hive is most likely at that point falled… and you should be fleeing for your life to regroup.
Third point There being no safe way to hive, this is only of the few actually good points.
Fourth point there being no hugger or carryers around. you don’t need a huggers at hand to get a cap, it not that hard as long as you have a burrower, or know the map to get to a tunnel. Now the one fair thing about this point is if you are dealing with a mag harn gun with a bayonet on. still ways to deal with it by push dragging or just spiting out in a corner and re-eating.

I call bullshit on being able to make King after marines evac, I literally had a round two days ago as queen where I hit the king button several times after marines evac’d, with both pylons and after the evo had unlocked, and every single time I got the message back ‘‘There’s not enough threat to the hive to warrant buffs right now’’

hi, prime runner XX here, I was casually killing marines with my metacord on LV-624, the best map ever might I add, about 10 kills in - and about 9 captures killed - I pounced onto a PFC rifleman that had grenadier armor. Of course, I go in for the pounce, just for them to 180 on my ass and instantly stun me, pull out their shotgun, and PB me. Of course, I did the most reasonable reaction, screaming at the top of my lungs, “WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!” waking up all my neighbors and getting the fiftieth noise complaint of the week. My personal record. Dear devs, please nerf the grendier armor, please, why do they have anti-hug protection, anti-pounce protection, and basically protag fucking armor, nerf this or I drop the game.

Oh, I get it. You’re all here to give the Xenos a confidence boost, right? You’re all just paid actors, right? Because no way, NO WAY, a squad of marines with full kit, rocket launchers, OB support, and enough ammo to wipe out a small planet is getting wiped out by a couple of woyers and lurkers who spent the whole round hiding in vents. Would save us all a lot of time. Meanwhile, the medics are over here acting like med students, taking 5 minutes to treat a boo-boo while the FOB’s on fire, and Delta’s already halfway to cryosleep because they “forgot to follow their SL.” Yeah, great plan, fellas.
