Nothing reminds me more of the series ‘MAS*H’ than a doctor performing their profession in the field while chain smoking. Understanding what a shit assignment they have also helps. It would be even better if they cracked morbid jokes during surgery one moment, then fell into melancholy despair the next.
Plus Swedish people are known to have mashed potatoes with meatballs.
