I’d like to help to help community in more ways then just being a mentor, I feel like this is one of the ways of doing it.
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
I’m patient, understanding and i love the aliens franchise.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
Being able to make clear, unbiased judgements on things, understanding both sides and acting in a fair and calm manner.

Admittedly, I don’t have the best note history, if you take a look it isn’t very great, but I’ve been note free for a year and the worst of the notes were more one off incidents, I’ve moved on from them and Improved from them.
Great player with good ML knowledge, in the time i have seen him mentor and SEA, he is doing a good job. I think he can be a good moderator. +1 from me and good luck!

For real though Lou is a great guy, easy to RP and get along knows his ML and SOP. Never had a bad time playing CM with the guy. +1 from me!
Interacted with Lou ‘Leatherback’ Norton plenty of times and they always had good roleplay. Well known community member who understands the rules of the server as well as marine law. Is a current mentor and I’m sure they will be a fine moderator. +1
Easy +1. I have had the pleasure of being with Lou on many a CMP round. Lou has never abused prisioners nor have i ever had the soul crushing task of sorting out what random bs charges a MP might add with him.

Your self-reflection on your note history is reasonable; it certainly is not without its issues, but there has been quite a bit of time between those incidents and this application. During that time, I see you have been nothing but a positive force in the community. I have reviewed a bulk of your pre-application Discord, forum, and in-game activity and found little reason to believe you would not be an asset to the server as part of its staff. Your knowledge of Alien lore is fantastic, your understanding of in-game rules and procedures is sound, and you are well-regarded in the current community. This application is approved.
