Idk, I think Warfan is totally responsible for his actions. I am not 100% happy with the game and the staff too, but I find strength to not behave like a complete schizo (hopefully). I think he had his case and I don’t think he deserved the firing in the first place, but I don’t believe this in any case justified his meltdown. Sorry, but if you tell everyone “I am burning all bridges” and then make a return, this is already very questionable for me. Don’t say that you burn the bridges if you don’t have the strength to follow your own words. And then you tell everyone “I cooled off and now changed”, but then start drama over the most insignificant stuff (shipside medbay, oh well). Again, if you cannot follow your own words, people will lose trust and respect towards you.
Like it’s always good that we have people who are trying to be understanding as possible and still have good faith towards Warfan, I can respect this, but I cannot respect his actions. We had a lot more controversial mods making a comeback simply because they had patience and could actually show that they cooled off. I am not happy kicking someone lying on the ground, but I don’t think community should encourage schizo behaviour. If you have a case against staff, you should act like a crusader of the people, not like a drama queen who changes their stance every five minutes.

I’m not gonna share my opinion on you as a CO, because I think it’s pretty clear what most people think given the previous reactions to your post.
I would like to point out that being that being and admin on any ss13 server is pretty low down on anyone’s priorities in life and that it’s a volunteer position. A staff member doing anything good for the community should be commended and ‘just running events’ is ‘actual staff work’ and takes a lot of effort, preparation, and great care in the execution. Who cares if he didn’t do other staff duties? A staff member is a volunteer and the only expectation of them should be to help improve the game/community. I have yet to see a single staff member do a better job running an event (no shade to other staff, 99% of you are great and just doing what you can to help maintain the community and you do a great job).
