Why do you want to become a Mentor?:
I want to become a mentor because I love teaching and I believe this is the best way for me to help the new CM players learn and grow.
What gameplay areas do you know and which areas are you strong and weak in?:
I am strong in most areas of the marine game such as OT, Command, Medical, Reg, and MPs. Where I start to struggle is when looking at xenomorphs I am strong around the knowledge of a Drone or Hivelord or Queen but when it comes to Rav and warrior is where I start to struggle.
How often are to able to play CM?:
about 30 hours a week

Not much other than the fact that I love to help the community in the best way I can, and I believe this is the best way for me to do it.

I can vouch for the guy, help me out when I’m playing a drone to guild me to the basic of construction and basic play of xeno. As an old returning player of SS13, he also refresh lots of old things I forgot about SS13.

Lukas is an amazing CE and a good teacher at that. he often teaches new MT’s and does it in a interesting ways(building bars, making the MT’s work on cades and pointing out their mistakes) He has a positive outlook on everything and generally is just overall nice to interact with.

Lukas Seltz is a name i see often as CE, can comfortably vouch that he is a competent engineering player with a good grasp of sharing that knowledge
Played with lukas a few times, hes an expirenced player fun to talk and ro with both IC and in discord and is an enjoyable persone to be around

I can vouch for this guy’s experience, and I frankly trust them to be a very good mentor, but since I haven’t seen them much in medical, I’d like to ask a quick question in the form of a mhelp:
Q: I have a dude with an open incision, but I can’t close this guy’s incision with the cautery/surgical line. What’s going on?
If there is an open surgical incision, I would first have them check to see if they did not fully open it (if they only scalped it) assuming that did not work, I would ask if they were seeing a message pop up as there could be multiple reasons why this is not working such as using bone mending twice after fixing organ damage and forgot to use a bone setter. In blunt terms it usually means they missed a step and surgery, and I would be asking to walk me through what they did so I can help them with the problem.
You actually did much better than me, because I completely forgot you could bone gel twice and just forget to use the bone setter. Needless to say, +1 from me. You got this app in the bag, Lukas.
